     A typical 3,000–5,000 square foot custom home takes approximately 8 to 12 months to complete. The exact timeline can vary depending on design complexity, site conditions, material selections, and permit processing. 


     The cost of grading depends primarily on how much dirt needs to be moved. Projects requiring the movement of more than 5,000 cubic yards often involve additional environmental regulations, which can extend both the timeline and overall cost.


    As a general guideline, the typical grading cost is approximately $25 per cubic yard. However, final pricing can vary based on soil conditions, site accessibility, equipment needs, and environmental requirements.


     Antaya Development Inc. builds a wide variety of home styles, each fully customized to the individual homeowner. Among the most popular are Spanish and Mediterranean style homes—favored not only for their timeless design and curb appeal, but also for their cost-effectiveness.


    Styles such as Craftsman or Victorian are also highly desirable; however, they tend to be more expensive due to the higher level of detail and finish required.


     The first step depends on whether your building site has already been graded. If the site still needs grading, that will be completed before the design phase begins.


    Once your site is prepared, you will work closely with Antaya Development Inc. to develop the perfect home design. We offer in-house design services with hundreds of customizable stock plans to choose from, or you are welcome to bring your own architectural plans.


    After you’ve finalized your design, the building process can officially begin—bringing your custom home from concept to reality.

    • Contractor-related repairs: Any repairs required due to the fault of ADI will be completed at no cost to the homeowner.
       
    • Normal wear and tear: Repairs resulting from natural wear and tear are completed at cost.
       

    This warranty reflects ADI’s commitment to quality craftsmanship and long-term client satisfaction..  


    If you haven’t yet purchased a building site, Antaya Development Inc. can help you find a property that fits your design criteria. Once a site is selected, we work closely with you to explore all available financing options and determine the best solution for your investment needs.


    For some clients, owner financing may be the most suitable option, and ADI can assist in facilitating this if it aligns with your individual goals. Our goal is to make the financial process as smooth and transparent as the home-building process itself.
